- Preheat the oven to 200° and put the pie in for 20min.

For the apple filling: In a large saucepan, combine the water, juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cornstarch. Stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Remove from the heat and let cool. You can decorate them anyway you like with extra crust, or just leave plain.
