This easy chicken pie recipe is dead simple and can be knocked up in no time at all. Perfect with greens and mash, it's a great winter warmer. Add the mushrooms, chicken, bacon and lemon juice and stir. Turn off the heat (don't worry, the mushrooms will cook through in the oven).

- Dice onions add to pan on mid heat, fry in butter
- Cut up broccoli add then Cut leeks up, add to pan
- Dice the mushrooms up and add
- Add the quorn and crush the garlic and add, leave for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
- Once everything has shrunk down add the soup, swirl out with a little bit of water depends how runny you want it, add the herb thing, bring to boil, then let it simmer for 20 with occasionally stirring
- Couldn't be bothered to make pastry so just brought it, roll it obviously, and line your pie tin, add the pie filling and puff pastry for the top and cook for 35 to 45,
Add the mushrooms, chicken, bacon and lemon juice and stir. Turn off the heat (don't worry, the mushrooms will cook through in the oven). Fill the pie base with the chicken mixture. This Vegetable Pot Pie with puff pastry is proper comfort food. Mushrooms, carrots and broccoli cooked in a delicious creamy sauce infused with white wine, garlic and thyme make this veggie pie so tasty.
