Irresistibly inventive, this pie recipe calls for sweetened condensed milk that is boiled in its unopened can for three hours until it turns into a fabulous toffee. Then the toffee is poured into a graham cracker and gingery crust and topped with sliced bananas and whipped cream. The original recipe called for a traditional pie crust, homemade dulce de leche and coffee-flavored whipped cream, but we've simplified it for. Many people don't quite get it!

Banoffee pie is a traditional English dessert made from bananas, cream, toffee (or dulce de leche), a biscuit base, and sometimes coffee and/or chocolate. The name is derived from the combination of ingredients: bananas + toffee = banoffee! Instructions to make Mangoffee pie:
  1. For base:- heat pan add ghee
  2. Add wheat flour roast till golden brown
  3. Heat 1 spoon ghee add jaggery let it melt.
  4. Add rosted flour it this mix well.add ellichi powder
  5. Transfer it into pie dish or any deep bowl type.
  6. Toffee sauce ;- take 1/2 cup sugar
  7. Let it caramalize till golden colour.
  8. Add butter 40 grms add 1)4 cup fresh creme.
  9. Mix it well let it cool.
  10. Shrikhand :- take 1 cup hung curd
  11. Addsugar beat it
  12. Add mango puree beat it.our shrikhand is ready.
  13. Assembling:-
  14. Take sukhadi base..pipe mango shrikhand on it put few mango cubes on it drizzle toffee sauce on it.
  15. Garnish and serve
