  1. First, take cream and whip cream until become stiff peaks then add milkmaid. Mix well. Now divide in three portions at little by little colour blue, pink, yellow and then pour in ice cream box and keep a ice cream in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours after 4 to 5 hours your ice cream will be ready.
  2. Now when you want to make a falooda first boil milk add essence and sugar and then cool down the milk now prepare all ingredients for making a falooda soak sabja before 30 minutes.
  3. Then take falooda sev. Now cook falooda sev for 3 to 4 minutes in hot water and then cool down it. Add a little bit cold water because it will be a not sticky.
  4. Now take a serving glass first pour Rose syrup, blue syrup, any syrup you have you can use then add falooda sev.
