  5. When there is no more liquid draining out, overnight or about 8 hours should suffice, remove the kitchen roll and you will have cream cheese.
  6. Put the cream cheese in a bowl and mix in a small amount of salt. This helps to firm up the cheese. The yogurt taste will be present initially and will fade after a short time. Flavour to taste if required.
