  6. Should take about 20-30 mins to cook. Once cooked, remove the cover and add some bread crumbs if required. I like it coz it gives a crunchy taste. Put it in grill for 5 mins or till it’s done.
  7. Serve warm

Stir and cook gently until thick and creamy. Set aside and stir in the parmesan. Repeat then top the final layer of sheets with the remaining mozzarella, sauce and parmesan.
