  5. Once dough is kneaded,let it rest for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Take a tawa,heat well,take some portion of dough and roll it in a chapati round shape,but keep it little thick.
  7. Place it on hot tawa.Roast both side applying ghee/oil as required till cooked well and golden brown in colour.
  8. Similarly make rest of the paratha.
  9. Serve hot with achar,butter, curd, sabzi etc As per choice.
