Steps to make Spring Onion Kadhi:
  1. Let’s take one bowl. Add gram flour, add buttermilk and mix it well. Make sure there are no lumps. Now let’s add cup water and mix it well again. Now add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and mix it well. Now keep it aside.
  2. Now let’s take the pan and add 1 tbsp ghee/oil. Once the gee is hot the. Add fenugreek seeds, mustard seed, pinch asafoetida. When it crackled and then add chopped green chilli and sauté for a while. Now add chopped spring onion and cook it for 2 mins.
  3. Now add prepared buttermilk in it and stir it and cook it for 15-20 mins. Now add 1/2 tsp kasuri methi.
  4. For Tadka - let’s take a small pan and add ghee/oil, once it is hot then add mustard seeds, asafoetida, dry red chillies and red chilli powder. Mix it and immediately pour it into the kadi. Now finally kadhi is ready to serve.
